Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for product pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale technical support, including consultation and answers, product training, on-site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, etc. 2. Responsible for customer-oriented technical exchanges (PPT explanations, product demonstrations), complete customer demand analysis in the pre-sales stage, and guide customer needs 3. Responsible for the preparation and arrangement of project reports, problem tracking, technical solutions, product use reports and other documents; 4. Follow up customer feedback on products, collect product information from the market and competitors, and give feedback; 5. Participate in the testing of the company's products and give rationalization suggestions 6. Complete other matters arranged by the superior. |
Job requirements:1. Proficient in communication network drive testing, network planning and optimization work experience is preferred 2. Must hold a C1 driver's license 3. More than 2 years relevant work experience 4. College degree or above in communication engineering; 5. Familiar with the relevant basic knowledge of wireless communication network, master wireless network related parameters, such as signaling process; 6. Have good professional ethics and quality, bear hardships and stand hard work, and have a strong sense of responsibility; 7. Have good interpersonal skills and language skills; 8.
